…When the Icewinds are cleaving with Hoarfrost Blades the Wastelands of Valleys and Expanses of Mountains, tearing to pieces the Autumnal Mists; they are ripping the last bleak leaves and chain it in Ices of Rivers and Lakes, bringing forth the Twilight of first Frost Winter Night – by the Riders of Fimbulvinter in raging Gallop of Oskorei… They storm through the whole Heimskringla, they penetrate there where is no place for pity – where Brave Warriors shalt meet again in the Last Battle under the Black Sun in Leaden-Grey Skies! Coldness murders the sight – only Two Ravens are circling: Huginn and Muninn – and by the Blizzard of exhausted Souls, with the Smoke of Last Funeral Pyre, the Vortex of Snowfall shalt begin – in the Runedance at the Funeral of the Sun!...

Squalls of guitar riffs that tear the Darkness of Winter Night; Snowy Vortex of rhythm-section, by the Freezing Blasts of Wind razoring the calm of Lunar Glare upon the Glacial Vastlands of drymba and sopilka melodism; and Soulripping Blizzards of voice expression that rush by A Stormride. 5 Winter Hymns – almost one hour of music in vein of Heathen Black Metal with use of folk instruments. The last song of this album is based on the BRANIKALD “A Stormride”.
